JBL Manado is a neutral highly porous red-brown soil (substrate), which improves water quality and creates ideal conditions for the growth of aquarium plants.
The soil has an extremely porous surface where bacteria multiply. Unlike other nutrient substrates, JBL Manado does not reduce water hardness. JBL Manado, on the other hand, is water-neutral and does not emit hazardous substances into the water. The unique structure promotes root growth.
Properties of Manado:
- highly porous surface provides an ideal environment for the settlement of cleaning bacteria;
- round shape of granules protects plant roots from mechanical damage;
- the natural color of fired clay combines well with the green and red colors of aquarium plants;
- does not increase water hardness;
- safe for bottom fish;
- neutral to water parameters;
- does not interact with CO2.
Application : this soil requires pre-washing, the recommended layer is 5-8 cm.
