Please read this agreement carefully before using the services of the online store www.shirakura.com.ua

This text is an Agreement between the online store www.shirakura.com.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store" or "Site", and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer", and defines the conditions for purchasing goods through the website of the Online Store www.shirakura.com.ua

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store at the time of placing the order.

1.2. The information posted on the Website of the Internet store contains the conditions of the offer to purchase the product and is a public offer, the fact of placing an order for the offered product constitutes consent.

1.3. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms specified in this Agreement.

1.4. Any natural or legal person who is able to accept and pay for goods on the territory of Ukraine can make a purchase in the online store.

1.5. Persons under the age of 18 may use the Site only with the participation of their parents or guardians.

2. Information about the user.

2.1. By registering on the website www.shirakura.com.ua, the Buyer agrees to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact details, as well as to update them on the website in a timely manner.

2.2. The site guarantees the confidentiality of personal information, in particular: name and surname, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc., provided by the User in the process of using the site, the disclosure of the above data and their transfer to third parties are possible only with the User's permission or as required by law.

2.3. After completing registration on the site, the User has the right to change the password of his account in accordance with the provisions of the Site. The user is responsible for saving his account data. In case of detection of unauthorized use of the account or data vulnerability, the User must immediately notify the Site administration for further correction of the situation.

2.4. The user gives his consent to receive information SMS messages to his mobile phone and e-mail messages from the Site specified during registration.

2.5. The User must not transfer his account to third parties for use, otherwise the User bears full responsibility for the consequences, and is jointly and severally liable with the person who used his account.

3. Information about goods

3.1. The product is presented in the catalog through photo samples that are the property of the online store.

3.2. Each photo sample is accompanied by text information: article number, price and product description.

3.3. The price of the product indicated on the website can be changed unilaterally by the online store.

3.4. In the event of a change in the price of the product ordered by the Buyer, the manager of the online store will inform the Buyer (by phone or e-mail) at the first opportunity to confirm or cancel the order. If it is impossible to contact the Buyer, this order is considered cancelled.

4. Procedure for purchasing goods

4.1. The order can be placed by the Buyer in the following ways: by phone, e-mail or placed independently on the Site.

4.2. The buyer of the online store has the right to place an order for any product presented on the website of the online store and available.

4.3. If the product is not in stock, the Online Store Manager is obliged to inform the Buyer (by phone or e-mail).

4.4. If the product is not available, the Buyer has the right to replace it with a similar product, refuse this product, cancel the order.

4.5. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time before it is sent to the Buyer by informing the Online Store by phone or e-mail.

5. Delivery and transfer of goods to the Buyer

5.1. Delivery of goods purchased in the online store is carried out by courier services throughout Ukraine.

5.2. The shipment of the ordered goods in Ukraine is carried out within 1-3 working days from the day of confirmation of the order by the Buyer. Saturdays, Sundays and officially recognized holidays are not included in working days.

5.3. The buyer is obliged to check the quantity, quality, assortment and completeness of the goods upon receipt of the ordered goods.

5.4. The buyer is not obliged to compensate the costs of the online store related to the delivery of the order, if in the process of accepting the goods it turns out that the goods delivered are of inappropriate quality, quantity, assortment or completeness.

5.5. If the Buyer refuses the order at the time of delivery, the Buyer shall pay the costs of the online store for the delivery of the order.

6. Payment of the order

6.1. The order placed in the online store is paid for by the Buyer by cash transfer by courier service.

6.2. Payment for the order by non-cash settlement must be made by the Buyer by 100% advance transfer of funds to the current account of the online store within three working days from the day of confirmation of the order.

6.3. If funds are not received, the online store reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. The procedure for returning goods of appropriate quality

7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the delivered goods at the moment of receipt by courier delivery.

7.2. The return of the product to the online store is possible if its appearance, consumer properties, and original factory packaging are preserved. 7.3. The return of the goods to the online store is carried out at the expense of the Buyer to the Seller on working days from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

7.4. When the Buyer returns the product of proper quality, the online store returns to him the amount paid for the product upon the fact of returning the product, after deducting compensation for the store's costs related to the delivery of the product to the Buyer.

8. Warranty service

8.1. A warranty period of 7 calendar days has been established for goods purchased in our online store. During the specified period of time, in the event that a hidden marriage is detected in the product, the Buyer has the right to: free of charge elimination of defects, or a proportional reduction of the purchase price, or replacement with a product of a similar model, or with any other product with a corresponding conversion of the purchase price, or return of the product and receiving money for it in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".

8.2. Claims regarding the product are considered within 10 days.

9. Other

9.1. The online store reserves the right to expand and reduce the product offer on the Site, to regulate access to the purchase of any goods, as well as to suspend or stop the sale of any goods at its own discretion.

9.2. Changes to this Agreement may be made by the Seller at any time. The agreement is valid from the date of publication on the website. By filling out the registration/order form, the Buyer agrees to this Agreement.

9.3. This Agreement shall be read as published on the Site and shall be applied and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
